I'd like to know your opinions about how this would affect clubs? do you think coaches are going to forbid it also in their amateur clubs in order to respect and follow new regulations? or will they only leave it to the boys/adults judgement? will be fair or unfair to lose against a speed glue rebel?

Would it make sense if regulation says one thing and everybody do the other way around? will speedglue junkies react violently against people trying to take it away from them? will they need medical treatment? (one mental and the other physical).

I think most clubs all over the world will follow the ITTF guidelines and ban VOC speed gluing... There are a few alternatives of VOC free glues on the market already, and more will no doubt come out...

I've had a hit with a mates racket using VOC free speed glue, the white stuff. It's no where near as fast as todays glue. Basically the task now is to create quicker rubbers to balance out the loss in speed.

I think after next year, this whole glue ordeal will be past us. Manufacturers will have creates more rubbers and the price of the new glues will have dropped thus in the end making no difference at all.

Hehehe, I see in you sig there Law that you recently killed a sheet of Sword King. I just killed my old sheets of Juic Varites and Globe 999 Nat in an experiment involving making my own EEII. It really did work on the sponges well, but both bubbled like mad in the same spots near the top of the sheet. Dunno why.
