After setting up Amicus robot, though the robot did shoot out balls but I couldn’t get robot to shoot lower and to land on the table. The balls were all shot out too far and too high. None ever landed on my half side of the table. I would appreciate anyone here who can help! By the way is there any support hotline in English language from Butterfly the manufacturer or company? This is my first post here and Thanks in advance!

If there a way to adjust the angle of the head to the horizontal? Sounds like it needs lowering or tilting forward. Maybe there's an adjustment screw or joint on the tripod or stand?

Hi
Have a look on the tablet, there is a calibrate button that you need to use.
Once you have done the first basic calibration step it automatically moves to the next step.
The next step offers you the option to add or decrease topspin, backspin or sidespin on the calibration sample ball.
By adjusting one of these you will be able to get the ball to drop on the middle line about 30cm from the end line.
To help me do this i put a ruler on the middle and end lines of the table so i can accurately see where the balls are landing.
Hope this helps a little..
