Happy holidays! I just picked up a used Newgy 2040 robot but I'm missing the power supply and the controller/robot cable. Searching the web, seems like the 2040 might require a 12v AC 1200mA power supply. Can anyone confirm? I believe the newer '+' versions use DC power.
Is the 5-pin cable just a standard DIN cable? Same on both ends?
I reached out to Newgy, but haven't heard back. Perhaps they closed for the holidays.

Both are available as Newgy spare parts. They'll likely cost a bit more than generic items, but at least you'll know it's right.

Thanks, I'm fine paying a bit more for OEM parts. I sent Newgy a message a few days back. I just want to use it ASAP! I didn't see spare parts on their site so I'm guessing I'll need to chat with them after the holidays. Cheers!

OOAK Shop has them in stock, but we can only ship Newgy parts within Australia...and I'm not sure where you're located.

I'm in the US, but I currently have Aussie visitors; does that count? ;)
Hopefully Newgy will respond this week and I can get training!
