My robot had been operating perfectly until just recently. No matter what settings I used, the oscillator would randomly shoot balls to my wide forehand (position 20). I called Roger, a Newgy support person. He told me that this may sound crazy but try reversing the gray cable that runs from the main unit to the remote controler near my end of the table. I did this. It worked. I called to thank Roger and let him know that it worked. He explained that sometimes the pins on the cable ends lose their proper conectivity and by reversing the ends, the problem goes away. He said that I would only have to do this again if the problem came back.

I hope this helps someone else who is having this problem.
