Is your cell phone important to you? What do you use it for, other than calls? I use the s*** out of mine. I'm using it right now. I have a Palm Treo 700p. I get all my e-mails on it. The calender is very important to me and this has a great one. I have internet access (as you can see because I'm on here now) to check the forums I visit. I have excel and power point here for ....I'm not sure what I can do but I'm still woking on it. Its nice to go to a tourney and look up the guy your playing to see what kind of game he has. Or see if he has played someone you also have played. I can take pics and flix and e-mail them to people. Damn I love this phone! Now if you are wondering why I have soo much love for this phone and why have soo much on this phone? Well, I have three kids that on are my home PC all the time and I can't remember the last time I could get on it. So instead of argueing with them I just don't get on.

Gettin on a computer is NO problem for me. I got like a computer lab at home and am trying to sell two computers. Heck, I just might replace my 6 yr old German computer with a laptop. Wired and wireless networking at home is sweet.

I gave up my cell before going to Iraq last time. Why spend $600 for a contract you don't use for a year. I never got another contract and don't carry a cell unless I know I need to make long distance calls and then I grab my wife's cell.

My Cell/Mobile follows me everywhere I go. I'm part of the new generation which just cant seem to let them go . I use my phone for calls, messaging, internet (eBay) , But I don't have complete internet access or else It would cost me a fortune.

I like how Cells/Mobiles are evolving though, just recently with the implementation of GPS is a nice feature.

I use my mobile phone to make a call or receive from the family members as well as from business friends. I used to say to my son that if people send SMS, then it is not very important. If it is urgent, they will make a call instead. But now I am receiving orders from my customers by SMS. Surely I cannot say that it is not important, can I ?

I only use my phone for calls since I have a UMPC that I use for all that stuff a smart phone can do (and more).

mehh I always just buy the cheapest I can get and use prepaid...
I actually have 1 with a colorscreen now!! and it can make pictures woohoo.. even vodafone live (kinda internet I think).
I just use it to phone and sms now and then.

i don't have a land line only a cell phone.. i use it to make calls and the occasional text.

Same here my wife and I have cell phones, but no LAN line. We,re thinking about getting one, as DSL and a LAN line are cheaper than cable internet. As for the cell phones we just make calls and texts.
