Boil water( 500 ml/ 1 litre ) , add a few shreds of soap with a neutral PH- there is very cheap soap of this kind . Let it cool.Spray a little on the topsheet.Dry with a soft sponge.Cheap and durable stuff .

.... no need for the tt cleaners unless you want to waste money or you are too lazy to try a cheap alternative

I will tell you yes, I only use water or only water with dishwashing liquid. This is not a great league but for the 2nd league it is enough for me and it was always enough without special preparations.
