Tahnks for that!

Are they the weights of a cut rubber? We really need to know the area to put it into the database.

Cheers!

it won't be accurate with a cut rubber,but those are not cut rubbers Alex to heavy for cut rubbers,need length and height measurments for them

Sorry, I didn't take measurements, but they are definitely full sheets as was figured out.

Is the FX Supersoft that is listed twice in the rubber mass data base really named 729 FX-EL? If so its hardness is not 35. FX-EL is on 38 degree Reactor Sponge.

Here's a couple more.

Kokutaku Tulpe 007. 2.0 mm Japanese sponge. Red. 55g uncut weight. 167mm x 167mm ==> 0.197210 g/sq cm

Friendship Supersoft 729FX. 1.5mm 35 degree sponge. Black. 50g uncut weight. 166mm x 166m ==> 0.181449 g/sq cm.

I note that you already have two of the 729fx listed, but both show as 2mm sponge. Note that measurements for the second one listed show it as closer to my results for 1.5mm sponge. I wonder if something went awry with previous measurements? I've double checked mine, however I don't have a standard mass to check calibration of digital scale.

hmmm.
I think they are accurate. The sponge thickness may not have been exactly 2.0mm though - I didn't check that, just put down what was listed.
I can't say that I'm entirely surprised by the range though.
