depends on what you are looking for h2 is meant to be for spin/control and H3 is Speed/spin

H2 is lower throw and H3 is higher throw, so it depends on what you are looking for I guess.
I am trying Neo H2, a nice rubber for close to the table. Neo H3 is probably better, with more gears as you move away from the table.

quality they are both the same, H2 neo is meant to have more Spin than H3 neo

with H3N, be prepared that throw angle will vary greatly depending on incoming ball and your stroke, speed lowers the angle. together with gears dynamic and consistency fluctuation, it's one very specific rubber, complicated to master

i've no experience with H2N

Hmm, I have tried both rubbers for a longer period of time. With H2N my shots were more dangerous. Fast and low with good spin.
but.. it was difficult to get top performance out of this rubber if your opponent isn't doing much with the ball. If you're constantly counter looping and having fast rallies it is excellent and it would be my choice.
With H3N I had the feeling my shots were a tiny bit slower, but I could pay with much more variation. It's not as demanding to play with as H2N, and the results aren't that much worse. Because of that it's my choice. In counterloop rallies I can still trade blow for blow and near the table it's very controlled and precise. Playing against defenders is fun. Just place the ball where you want to and when you want to you can just rip it. With H2N that's very hard to do.

H2 is better for flat hitting, counter looping and smash (low throw, hard sponge and tacky topsheet
H3 is better for looping, driving and smash, along with hitting( high throw, harder sponge less tacky but tacky topsheet)
