Blade: Butterfly Joo See Hyuk
FH: Tackines C 1.8 mm
BH: Feint Long II 1.1 mm
Blade: Butterfly Joo Se Hyuk
FH: Tackiness-C 1.8 mm sponge
BH: Feint Long II 1.1mm sponge

I trained table tennis actively my whole youth. (12 years of training) 5 years ago i stopped because of college. Now I started to train again and the feel is amazing. I want to play and I want to enjoy it as much as posible. I was trained as modern defender who chop both forheand and backhand far away from table, but with extreamly strong forheand spin to finish off points when necessary. Most problems now that I'm back I have with choping near table. Also I would like to try something new in terms of equipment. I would be thankful for every suggestion and if you have time explanation why you are suggesting it.

Because I haven't played such a long time I have no idea in witch direction to go. I was thinking to stay with Joo Se Hyuk blade but change tackiness c into tackiness c II and change faint long 2 into faint long 3. I wold stay with same sponge thickness on both. What do you guys think about that?

I think that your blade and LP is fine ... If you're using the Tackiness, primarily for chopping, and not much of offence, then, even that is fine ... If you must, then you could try umm... maybe a Spinlord Marder, or Victas > 401, or even a Tenergy 05 1.9mm...

I decided to switch blade to Diode V. I also ordered feint long III to try it out. Also I bought Tackiness C II instead of I to see what's the diference. Not much of a change but I hope I will see some improvements.

I think not much will change after 5 years. Keep us tuned. Good luck on your games!

Enjoy the game. It is a never ending learning experience once you play and keep the ball on that 45 sq ft of space or should I say half of that space.
