Blade: Butterfly Schlager OFF -
First of all, hello everyone. I have been reading this forum from time to time but I have decided now it's the time to register and ask some questions for the skilled and experienced players.

I have tried so far DHS PF4 rubbers and Friendship Focus 1. Both sets were with the Butterfly Schlager Precision OFF- blade.

My skill level is somewhere on intermediate level. I usualy try to play on 3rd ball attack, after BH sidespin / backspin serve.
I am an attacking type of player and I have strong FH. I prefer either 'flat' or spin shots, don't really do the chopping, and I rarely play on max distance.
I am usually near table or on a medium distance. I had some lessons and my coach said that my arm is pretty good, but my main problem is my lack of movement.
I will try to fix that, but I would also like to try something new regarding rubbers.

What would you suggest me to try that will be good for my playstyle? Budget would be near 80euros but if it could be cheaper that would be nice too :)

Thanks in advance.

That sounds as generic a style as you can get.. "Intermediate" can mean anything.. from USATT 900 to 1900, depending on the people you play against. Any reason you don't like PF4 or Focus? Chinese rubbers in that price range are pretty much interchangeable and there are a lot of them. If you want to try something more expensive (more to see if you have been missing anything rather than to get something that will actually improve your game) but reasonably easy to manage by someone who isn't getting coaching, try Rakza 7. If you are looking for something that will immediately add 50 points to your rating... well, I don't think it exists..

FH: Yasaka rakza 7 max
BH: Xiom vega x max
Good advice i think my conclusion is almost the same because i have problem with slow legs ( 190 cm ,115 kg) i will try with yasaka rakza 7 soft or rakza10 soft .
There is the very good rewiew video on youtube where some polish guy speak on english and comparing difrent rakzas vs on each other .
Ps. Dhs goldarc 8 47,5 medium is also great rubber but i want to try something new because i am relatively new playng only recreational about 3 years.
Psichologist says that people are happyer with less choice . Guess we table tennis players are doomd forever with amount of equipmant on market today ,but we play most beautyfool sport on planet i think.
It is like with new rubber something you get something you loose :) Keep ponging

moving to one of the Rakza softs may be gong to far in the soft direction after playing 47.5% Chinese type rubbers. You would probably find them to bouncy in the short game and Imprecise when attacking.

I would suggest medium hard Euro tensors such as Hexar Grip, Omega VII Euro , Aurus Select or Rasanter R42 or V42

Thanks friend  i come to similar concluzion in last moment and order standard rakza 7( no soft ) its about 46 hardness i think and that is third sale rubber on market today on revspin net ( have third most rewiews). First is tenergy 05 second is dhs hurricane 3 neo i think.
Both i no find good for me at moment and the rakza 7 was obvies choice for me.
By the way DHS goldarc 8 is not chinese style of rubber it is tensor non tacky and only DHS rubber made in germany by ESN factory which produced allmost every brand of european style rubbers :andro,yasaka,xiom,tibhar,gewo,joola...
Dhs goldarc 8- 47,5 is mi big love rubber.
50 hardnes is not good for me . I come back to DHS goldarc 8 47,5 if rakza 7 experiment fail
But the dealer in croatia has only 50 hardnes at momant and i need new rubber quick because on summer we have manny guests friends from all ower the world in club and i want to be ready for them to whish them friendly welcome :)
Always want to try yasaka rakza on my blade and now is the time .
Blade is DHS hurricane 301 (ALC innercarbon)
Come to Croatia on vacation if you want to see how its works :)

usually the rubbers from one brand are good for the blades from the same brand, since they use their own rubber for testing. If you don’t want to get one as pricey as butterfly’s rubber, you can get some similar rubbers.
