My BTY Amicus Prime robot has an issue when starting up. I initially go to calibration, and it tries to send samples, but the feed motor never starts; "Ball Jam!". If I give it a twist before it detects "Ball Jam!", it will start. Sometimes, when adjusting an exercise ball, it goes to provide "samples" and will feed the balls at a high balls/min and then stop, or send out 3 balls and stop, "Ball Jam!". There's no foreign objects or debris in the feed. Before I tear it appart to look for possible wire damage or dirty/bad sensor mentioned in another thread, I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and/or had any ideas on the problem/solution. Upgrading the S/W did not fix the problem. All 3 wheels are adjusted. The unit is only a few months old.
