Hey everyone! I'm setting up an indoor table tennis room and I need some advice on lighting.

I want to make sure the lighting is just right for optimal gameplay. Any suggestions on what type of lighting fixtures work best in a table tennis room?

Should I go for overhead lighting or something more distributed around the room? I want to avoid any glare or shadows that might affect the game. What about the optimal brightness level? Should it be uniform across the entire room or are there specific areas that need more light than others?

Are there any specific lighting technologies or bulbs that are recommended for indoor sports facilities like table tennis rooms? Any other tips or tricks for lighting an indoor table tennis room would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help!
