I was just taking a look at some of their shoes and clothing, as they look quite good, and I discovered they make quite a range of ITTF approved rubbers and blades as well. Does anyone know anything about them?

Edit: Website is here: Mizuno
Seems to say very little about thier table tennis goods...

Cheers!

Hmm, LawOCG sent me a Mizuno Wingline OFF straight handled blade once.

It's a friggin' bouncy 5-ply! Pretty hard too. I didn't like the handle, similar to my issues with Stiga blades, so I passed it on...

I vouch for their shoes, although they don't have much padding. :(

I've been seeing the mizunos (blades) on the iruiru page when I go there but I so far have passed them by and paid no attention to them...

That's not a good sign... if they can't tempt rokphish2, they can't be worthwhile

They make excellent golf clubs but am not sure about their TT gear. If their TT stuff is as good as their golf stuff I would definitely be tempted.

Mizuno makes some very nice TT shoes and clothes. I am interested in their rubbers. I almost bought their aramid carbon blade.

I actually saw some of their blades in a shop today, they looked of pretty good quality, and I think at least some were made in Japan... They didn't have any of their rubbers...

I just got a new pair of Wave Lightning 4. Volleyball shoes, but very good for TT also. I gave up on my thin-soled Donic TT shoes which I think contributed to my achilles tendonitis.

I have Mizuno TT shoes.

I also play golf with Mizuno MP630 driver (10.5 degree stiff fubuki shaft, 4 wood MP (same shaft as driver), JPX 800 3 hybrid (exsar stiff) and JPX 800 pro irons 4 - PW, with JPX series GW and SW, all irons project X 5.5 shaft.

Man, makes me realise I'm as much a golf EJ as I am with TT!
