I've started testing Andro Hexer Pips+ along with several others:
Nittaku Moristo SP Ax
Andro Blowfish+
JOOLA Express Ultra
Victas VO > 102
Sauer&Tröger Hass
TSP Spinpips RED
Der Materialspezialist Firestorm
GAMBLER GXS
Nittaku Beautry
Spinlord Waran

This Andro SP has their innovative 0*/90* topsheet which lets you choose to mount the rubber with the pips in either vertical or horizontal orientation. I chose horizontal, i.e. the orientation in my image below.

The topsheet and sponge are both very soft with the uncut sheet prone to curling as seen in the above photo. In testing with a US2000 rated player, he rated this one the most effective between the JOOLA EU, the Victas, and the Moristo SP Ax. Hexer Pips+ was particularly good at blocking loop drives, sending them back low and fast. Despite all that, thus far I'm not liking this SP as much as others in this group though I'd put it in the top third. More to come on HP+.

BH: Spinlord Kieler 1.8mm
How heavy is it?
I am looking for an alternative to Spectol Red on my bh (which is too light) 30g cut.
I have just bought a sheet of Waran II which was 57g uncut and feels great, makes blade feel much more balanced.

I will put my Waran II comments in that thread though!

What weight were the Hexer+ uncut please?

cheers Nathanso, yes noticed that yesterday, the hexer would be ok for me I reckon even in 1.9. I am trying Waran II at the moment if I can tame them!

I thought hexer plus had low control

This SP is so soft that it makes easy spin on serve and over-the-table flicks and drives. But its softness betrays it when blocking even moderately hard loops and drives because as soon as the sponge bottoms out the ball departs the rubber in an uncontrolled manner making it pretty useless for blocking.

Does this play more like a MP Nath? Or is there a different version of it I am thinking of?

No, not at all. It plays more like a fast, low-throw inverted rubber.
