Those look beautiful!

However, what's your technical thesis for these blade (not artistic)?

Being a woodworker, why did you jump straight into composites rather than combining the best characteristics of pure wood?

The structural design does show similarities to some widely available blades but may not suit everyone.

Me for example (not a complaint): to me the last blade is the worst possible combination LOL. Hard outer, very soft core and composite intermediaries would create a blade very boxy and hollow and dampened feedback all at the same time.

The last blade is all wood..
The frequency is about 1250 hz.
I do jump into composite because some player in local facebook page told me if its not carbon its not good..
But player in europe facebook group is mostly told me to keep on the all wood side..

Then i am trying to make one with composite..because i am still on research and i have no experience, so i follow their instruction..
And the second reason is the wood density..
Mostly wood i have is over 500kg/cbm in density..
Some are close to 1000kg / cbm..
Its because mostly my wood customer is like hardwood..
They are wood turner, pen turner, call maker and some artist cue maker..
Mostly are based in US.

So i decide to use balsa as core..
And only light wood thats can mix and avilable in here is balsa..lol
But i found some local wood thats has about 300 kg in density and i will try to use it as core..
I will try to get it soon..

Honestly i preffer to keep research in all wood blade thats was my main concern when i am starting build the blade.i will keep it going..but i have over 30 species in my wood shop now.and it will be very busy and fun research lol..
..i made one with composite is for comparison too..
Since each wood are unique just like how it has the sound..
I work for tonewood market segment few years ago but now i am stop to supplies another wood market segment..

What i use now is good enough to play.when i am ready i will make some and send to some member in here to give the review about my blade.
But for now i am still very with my real job..
Thanks for your input..

Sorry, I was referring to the Rosewood Kevlar Balsa blade.

Nevertheless you really don't hold back the artistic tendencies!
