just wanted to see some recommendations for a cheap starting pip for jpen player
my blade is a kiri core, glass fiber and thin kiri layer

Spinlord Waran in 1.8mm or 2mm

Or the old classics 802 or 802.40 the latter for more spin in say 1.8mm. I feel you lose feel with 2mm 802.40

I agree with ChasFox, I really like both Waran & 802-40 in 1.8. Nighitimare, where are you located? If in the U.S. and you still have the need, pls PM me, I can hook you up with some I’m no longer using ;)

An interesting option would be Yinhe Uranus Poly Euro in 2.0mm. lots of you tube videos on it.

i live in brazil, but thanks for your offer, i decided that i will improve my techniques with regular rubber before trying pips

Another +1 for 802 in 1.8, or 802-40 if you want to sacrifice some crisp pip hitting for more spin on serves and open-ups / pushes / chops.
