I'm looking to buy 1L WBG to boost the rubbers, I want to know your experience about what WBG is the best to boost the rubbers?

The whole purpose of water-based glue is that it doesn't boost your rubbers.

Maybe he's asking about which WBGs are best at holding down highly boosted, tacofied H3? Most of the boosting videos I've seen involve DHS glue, so I imagine that works well, even if it isn't "the best".

Actually, water-based glues are NOT used because they "don't boost" rubber - it's because they don't contain volatile organic substances which will set off a VOC tester at tournaments. And if your rackets will NEVER be tested for VOCs let alone go through racket control, why use water based glues at all? They're a major pain in the neck and cause blade deterioration in the long run. There ARE reasons not to use the old bicycle speed glues (mainly because they contain chlorinated solvents, which are quite bad for your health) but Elmer's Rubber Cement is relatively innocuous (though you'd probably NOT want to huff it...).
