Im looking for a new serve and ive seen the Reverse Pendulum Serve and it was like love at first site i am left handed and find it hard to do the service is there anyone who can helpme out maybe making a video and breaking it down for me? thanks for the help, http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=cREC-uXp- ... re=related

Other than hand speed, look where he is contacting the ball. Almost on the bottom for backspin. One of the main things for any short serve is bat speed and THIN contact. :D

LOL i tryed that a few times standing up whilst watching the film and i keep missing it LOL damn on wednesday when i go training il practice hard core
